Jan 21 and 24 : Proverbs and Songs with John Surman in the Arctic Cathedral, Tromso, as part of the Norwegian Northern Lights Festival.
Feb 1 : Pianist with David Watkin (cello) for the Scottish Chamber Orchestra’s chamber series in Edinburgh. Programme includes Mendelssohn Cello Sonata in D and the Variations Concertantes.
Feb 3 : Brave New World. Artistic and music director for new devised performance with about 200 primary school children at the Festival Theatre Chichester.
March 7 : Conductor for the first performance of Adrian Zolotuhin’s new work based on gypsy music “Travelogue”, and the first performance of his own orchestration of Mussorgsky’s “Pictures at an Exhibition”.
March 19 and 27 : Conducting first performances of Julian Marshall’s “Out of the Darkness” (poems by Gertrud Kolmar) in Winchester and London.
March 22 : Performance of newly devised version of Petrushka at the Theatre Royal Norwich.

May 29 : Rain on the Window with John Surman in Salisbury Cathedral, as part of the Salisbury International Arts Festival.
June 5 : Conducting the London Mozart Players and the Salisbury Festival Chorus in Salisbury International Arts Festival Cathedral concert. Mozart Requiem, Bruckner Motets, Bach from the Art of Fugue.
June 22 : Composer and conductor for London Symphony Orchestra ‘On Track’ performance at the Barbican. “Variations on Madness”.
July 7 : Newly devised theatre piece with Exeter House Special School at the Salisbury Arts Centre. “Sounds that hurt not”.
